Positive: It was really cosy, lovely wood burner, excellent fully equipped kitchen and great location, lovely bathroom also, would go again
Negative: The bed was very soft and bouncy There was no control over the heating and it was off between about 10.30 am and 3.30pm

Negative: It was difficult to find. The post code directed us about 200 metres up the wrong side of the road. Fortunately a local had a list of residences and put us right.

Positive: For us, near where we needed to be, family live in next village.
Negative: That the property is advertised as being suitable for 4, but only sufficient beds for 3 people. Therefore would only recommend for couple/group of 3. We fully expected to all be in the same bedroom, no issue with that. But the sofa bed is a single bed and this should not be booked for 2 people. Our two boys aged 11 and 12 couldn’t have slept comfortably on it and they are both slim. Sofa bed updated since the photos taken so perhaps a smaller one bought to replace. To be fair the host did provide extra bedding upon request and suggested the sofa downstairs as a solution but I did not wish for anyone to sleep downstairs and nor should we expect them to have to. The place felt like it could do with more regular heating or airing, it was a bit musty- combined with the smell of strong air fresheners. We had to put one of those outside as too overpowering in the kitchen.
Summary: Ok, but only for maximum of 3 people, not 4.
